日々、思うこと 2.
先週、明るい時間帯の仕事にひとつの区切りがつきました。
この地域では、今日から学校も通常通りの時間割に戻りました。

この3カ月弱の間、生徒ひとりひとりに合わせたサポートの仕方を考えて、彼らもまた家庭学習というものをかなり熟考してくれたと思います。
共に学んでいたから、気のつくことがあります。
また、生徒たちは生徒たちの、私は私の、それぞれのやり方を磨いていくことができたように思います。
それらの真価を問われるのは、これからです。

これから先に何が起こるのか、それが完全に予測できるものではないというのは、どの時代に生きていたとしても同じことなのではないでしょうか。
今と似たような状況を次に体験するとき、きっと今よりも上手く立ち回ることができます。
そういう経験を積み重ねていくことは、ひとつの面白味だと思います。

「この時代に、この場所で生きていて良かったね。」
ひとりも残さずに、みんながそう思えますように。

My daytime work had come to an end last week.
Schools in this prefecture began to apply their ordinary timetables today.

I, as a personal tutor, have contemplated the way to support every single student and adjusted it to his/her nature for these less than 3 months.
And also, the students have contemplated their home learning, I think.
There are things we can notice since we have learned together.
Every student has improved his/her way, I think.
And I have improved my way, too.
We will prove our real worth from now on.

We cannot completely predict what will happen in the future.
However, it may be the same whatever era we live in.
Next time we experience a difficult situation like this time, we will be able to conduct ourselves better than now.
I think it's an interest that we gain experience by practice.

“We are glad to live here in this era.”
May every single person be able to think so!
